Cook from frozen at a temperature of at least 75ºC (165ºF). The cooking time varies depending on the type of vegetable and equipment used. For best results, use a fork and prick the vegetables to see if they are ready.

Recommended Cooking Method:
Sauté: Sauté the beans for 3-5 minutes or until the desired texture is reached. Remove immediately from heat.

Alternative Method:
Microwave/Steam: Pour vegetables into a microwaveable dish with ¼ cup of water and cook at on high (180°C / 356°F) for 6-8 minutes.

*Do not refreeze thawed product. If thawed, cook immediately.

been waiting for this!
So glad to have them back in my regular order. Quality is still there, an easy  way to get some quality greens on the table. Cook nic, and still have a nice snap.
