How to Heat and Serve Pre-Cooked Frozen French Green Beans
01Heat Directly from Frozen: No thawing is required for hot preparations. Heat the desired portion directly from frozen using sautéing, steaming, or microwave cooking.
02Pan-Searing / Skillet Sauté: Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the frozen beans and heat for approximately 3–5 minutes, tossing regularly, until warmed through and lightly browned.
03Steaming: Place frozen green beans in a steamer basket over simmering water. Cover and steam for approximately 4–5 minutes, or until heated through and the desired texture is reached.
04Microwave: Place the desired portion in a microwave-safe dish with approximately 2 tbsp of water. Cover and microwave on high for approximately 3–4 minutes, adjusting the time according to portion size and microwave output. Drain excess liquid before serving.
05Season & Serve: Drain thoroughly after heating. Toss with sea salt, black pepper, extra virgin olive oil, melted butter, lemon, herbs, or toasted nuts and serve.

Storage
Proper frozen storage helps maintain product quality, texture, and appearance.
01Keep Frozen: Store at −18°C (0°F) or below until ready to use. Maintaining a consistent freezer temperature helps preserve product quality.
02Reseal After Opening: Reseal the original package after removing the desired portion, or transfer remaining beans to an airtight, freezer-safe bag or container. This helps reduce exposure to air and moisture that can contribute to freezer burn.
03Delivery & Handling: Orders are delivered using temperature-controlled logistics within serviceable areas. Pickup is also available at our Makati warehouse.
Shelf Life
Follow these guidelines to help maintain product quality during storage and use.
01Best-Before Guidance: When stored continuously at −18°C (0°F) or below, the product should maintain its intended quality through the best-before date printed on the package.
02Refreezing Guidance: For best results, heat the desired portion directly from frozen. Avoid refreezing fully thawed beans, as repeated freezing and thawing may affect texture and overall quality.
03After Thawing: If thawed, keep refrigerated at 2–4°C and use according to the storage or use-by guidance provided on the product packaging. Do not leave thawed product at room temperature for extended periods.
