French Snails in Garlic Butter

These 12 stuffed Burgundy snails are spiced up in their marbled sauce with a hint of garlic. A classic presentation for these gastropods put in a natural shell, an entry appreciated by palates who love tradition.


In the oven, cook without defrosting.

Preheat your oven to 210°C.

Cook for 9 to 11 minutes. Take out the snails as soon as the butter starts to simmer.

excellent recipe, authentic
I could never quite get the exact taste of this dish I've already tried several times. So I ordered this to try and much to my pleasure, it caught the very essence of what I've had before. I will definitely buy some more. This is gonna be perfect for the holiday celebrations.
