Free-Range Mini Chicken Burger Patties
Get a lighter version of the all-time favorite burger to grill or pan-fry for a hearty burger sandwich, sizzle on the barbecue or simply mix in salads or any meal, with these free-range chicken burger patties. Mini goodness packed with juiciness. Flavorful and lighter than the beef burger, makes any meal delicious.
These lean grounds come from the Free-Range quality colored chicken breed from France. Pamora Farm houses coops with brooding facilities prepared thouroughly weeks before the arrival of the breed, bio-security ensured for both the flock and the farm. First generation offsprings of the breed are first housed in the coops then set free 21 days after, free to roam and feed with natural or organic food. They are given as well natural feed and drink, proper care, and herbal medecines required for their age.
These mini burgers are inherently a good source of quality protein and leaner than red meat. Protein content is up to 46% of the daily recommended value for a hundred gram-serving of cooked or pan-browned burger with high doses of essential amino acids. These nutrients are particularly important in tissue repair and maintenance, and body strength.
They are a good source of B vitamins as well, particularly niacin and vitamin B6, which are essential for for the metabolism, for the health of red blood cells, and nerve function. They are a source of minerals as well such as iron for oxygen transport, phosphorus for strong bones and teeth in tandem with calcium, zinc and selenium for the immune system.
How to Cook:
- grill or pan-fry
- over a medium heat on a cast iron pan
- cook straight from the freezer in the oven 10 (defrosted takes 5)
Mini Chicken Burger Walnut Salad
4 Free-Range Mini Chicken Burger patties cut in strips
half cup of walnuts
1 plate of spinach or greens of choice
1 cup strawberries cut in halves
a third cup balsamic vinaigrette
a third cup of Feta cheese
Pre-heat oven at 180°C.
Put chicken patties on a baking sheet (no oil) and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Turn after 10 minutes and take out until golden-brown.
In a bowl or salad plate, mix the greens, walnuts, strawberries, and feta cheese with balsamic vinaigrette altogether.
Place the chicken burgers over the salad plate.
Serve and enjoy!
