Serving Ideas:
Excellent as a snack or breakfast. Eat on its own to start a vigorous morning or with a generous sprinkle of nuts or fruits. Make into a parfait with the addition of real berries and have a healthy revigorating snack in-between meals.
Recipe Suggestion:
Berry-fied Forest Berry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients
1 pint Forestberry Yogurt
2 c chosen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants), chopped
1/3 c Silk Vanilla Almondmilk Single
3 tbsp Strong Woodlands Honey
a dash of mint aromatic herbs
Directions
Blend the berries, almond milk, and honey for a few minutes until the texture becomes smooth. Set aside.
In a small mason jar, layer the fruit mixture and yogurt alternately. Top with sprinkles of mint herbs.
Chill until ready to serve.
Serve and enjoy!
