Forest Ham Slices with Skin
A pack of 4 to 5 slices Smoked Pork Ham slices with Skin, from the ham cut along the back side, it is one of the most delicious cuts. Meaty with a salty tang.
An occasional indulgence for breakfast with egg and some greens on the side. It can also be a tasty fill for sandwiches or add pleasing taste to any other meals. A great addition to salads, or your deli ham and cold cut platters in buffets or parties.

Storage and Shelf Life:
Store chilled +1 C, Frozen -18 - 20 C
Chilled 14 days, Frozen 60 days
Can be eaten cold, pan-fried or as a topping.
Pre-heat oven at 325 °F minimum and heat up to an internal temperature of 140 °F.
Smoked Ham Sandwich
3 forest ham slices, torn in little pieces
2 slices whole wheat bread
tomato, sliced in rounds
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 tbps mayonnaise
Spread mayonnaise thinly on each side of the bread slices.
Layer lettuce leaves on one side, then the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the torn ham slices.
Add the slices of cheese.
Cover with the other slice of bread.
Serve and enjoy!
