This pack includes 4 to 5 slices of smoked pork ham, each with a flavorful bit of skin on. The ham is cut from the backside, offering a balance of meaty texture and smoky flavor.

Enjoy the naturally smoky ham with a hint of salty tang - an occasional indulgence for breakfast with egg and some greens on the side. Delivery:

Delivered frozen, vacuum-packed fresh per 200 grams.


Cooking:

Can be eaten cold, pan-fried, or as a topping.
Pre-heat oven at 325 °F minimum and heat up to an internal temperature of 140 °F.

Smoked Ham Sandwich

Ingredients

3 forest ham slices, torn into little pieces
2 slices whole-wheat bread
lettuce leaves
tomato, sliced in rounds
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

Spread mayonnaise thinly on each side of the bread slices.
Layer lettuce leaves on one side, then the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the torn ham slices.
Add the slices of cheese.
Cover with the other slice of bread.
Serve and enjoy!
