Ingredients

1 Fig Bread
6 slices Prosciutto Di San Daniele
4 tbsp Boursin (Garlic & Herbs)
1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp mascarpone

Directions

Slice fig breads thinly in 6 pieces.
Spread each slice with boursin and layer the prosciutto.
Top with feta, mozzarella, and mascarpone.
Toast slices in oven toasteruntil the cheeses melt.
Serve and enjoy!
