Allow Fillo to thaw completely to room temperature in its packaging, before using - for a minimum of 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic wrap and place the Antoniou Fillo Spiral Pie in its foil tray on a lower rack in the oven. Cook for 40-45 minutes until a golden brown. Cooking times may vary according to your oven.
