Frozen Fillo Spiral Pita (Fetta & Ricotta by Antoniou)

Make a delicious visual impression with the famous Fillo Spiral Pita. The authentic Fillo Pastry is spiraled by hand and generously filled with the finest ingredients. Conveniently packed in a foil tray, you can take it straight from the freezer to the oven. Serve as a side dish at your next BBQ, serve a few to satisfy a crowd at a party, or just add a side salad for a quick and simple family meal. Great for effortless entertaining, it’s the perfect dish to bring family and friends together around the table.

Delivered frozen in pastry spiral pie form.


Defrosting: 

Allow Fillo to thaw completely to room temperature in its packaging, before using - for a minimum of 4 hours. 

Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove plastic wrap and place the Antoniou Fillo Spiral Pie in its foil tray on a lower rack in the oven. Cook for 40-45 minutes until a golden brown. Cooking times may vary according to your oven.
