Robe of a slightly dark ruby red with garnet highlights. On the nose it has blackberry, cedar, spicy aromas with hints of chocolate. It has a rich tannic structure, ripe and round yet soft, and a clean finish. A drink for pleasure.
This red will do great with red meat dishes, pizza, or typical Italian primary and secondary courses.
Fermentation: in stainless steel
Aging: 15% aged in oak barrels
Aging potential: 3-4 years
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
Alcohol content: 13%
