These cauliflowers are firm, well-shaped, and tasty. As soon as they are harvested, they are carefully cut, trimmed and sorted before being washed, blanched and frozen. This ready-to-cook vegetable (one of the world's healthiest foods) can be served as part of a salad or in a gratin.


Steamer: Spread the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket. Place them over simmering water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.

Pressure cooker: Pour two glasses of water into the pressure cooker, place the cauliflower florets in the basket. Close and cook for 5 minutes.

Casserole: In a pot of boiling water, immerse the desired amount of cauliflower florets. Cook for 7 minutes from simmering. Drain.

Microwave (750W): Pour the cauliflower florets in a suitable dish with ½ glass of water. Cover and cook for the time indicated (300g: 12 minutes, 600g: 18 minutes).

Microwave (900W): Pour the cauliflower florets in a suitable dish with ½ glass of water. Cover and cook for the time indicated (300g: 8 minutes, 600g: 14 minutes).

pretty good frozen
it's nice to work with because cauliflowers are so versatile they can be in any meal, also  frozen variety is much more convenient and keeps longer.

great to cook
good thing about frozen cauliflower is that it is tastier when cooked. Tried to make a cauliflower crust and it worked wonders.
