This wine has been made according to the traditional wine-making with stainless steel lining. This process is very long and lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Once the vinification is done, the wine is grown up in a tank racking every three months.

Tasting notes

Clear and intense red robe. A bouquet with a great intensity of red fruits aroma with notes of almonds and rose. Round and supple attack on the palate. Great, rich, and fleshy structure. Elegant and fruity finish with light spicy notes.

Pairing
