Dulong Reserve Saint-Emilion Grand vin de Bordeaux
This wine has been made according to the traditional wine-making with stainless steel lining. This process is very long and lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Once the vinification is done, the wine is grown up in a tank with racking every three months.
Clear and intense red robe. A bouquet with a great intensity of red fruits aroma with notes of almonds and rose. Round and supple attack on the palate. Great, rich and fleshy structure. Elegant and fruity finish with light spicy notes.
This wine could match perfectly with red meat, jugged meat, game, terrine of veal sweetbread with chanterelle mushrooms, veal chops, but also with cheeses and even with dessert, like wild strawberry tarts and pies.
95% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc
