Thawing

Place in the refrigerator overnight or in a dish under running water.

Cooking

Pan: Salt the liver and cook on a hot pan over high heat for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Flip and brown the opposite side. Leave to rest for 2-4 minutes before serving.
