Duck breast is ideal for special days but it can also be served any day for a special treat. Here's a quick and easy recipe bursting with flavors. It can also be paired with sauteed potatoes.
Ingredients
2 slices duck breast
350 g porcini mushrooms
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, squeezed
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
branches of parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper

Directions
Remove the stems of the mushrooms and wash them.
Cut them into slices.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Pan-fry the mushrooms until cooked.
Add the juice squeezed from lemon, garlic, and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 minutes more.
Cut the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross shape.
Pan-fry the duck breasts on both sides.
Season generously with salt and pepper.
Place on the serving plate.
Side with the cooked porcini mushrooms.
Serve warm, enjoy, and don’t forget the dessert!
