How to Prepare & Heat Frozen Duck à L'Orange
01Bring Water to a Simmer: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer.
02Add Frozen Pack: Place the still-frozen vacuum-sealed pouch into the simmering water.
03Reheat: Heat for approximately 15 minutes from the time the water starts simmering. Keep the water at a gentle simmer and do not boil.
04Serve: Carefully remove the pouch from the water, open it, and transfer the duck and sauce to a serving dish. Heat thoroughly before serving.
