Orange Duck

Also called canard à l'orange, this delicious recipe consists of roast duck in bigarade sauce - a classic French brown sauce that combines beef stock, duck drippings, orange and lemon juice, and blanched orange peel. The conveniently packaged meal is cooked, frozen, and ready to serve immediately after reheating. Best served with roasted or mashed potatoes, bread, or rice.


Bring a large volume of water to a boil. Submerge the still-frozen vacuum pack into the simmering water. Heat for 15 minutes from the moment it starts to simmer, without boiling.
