Light and clear color with an aroma of citrus and lime and follow with bone dry limp mineral base. A wild yeast fermented Chardonnay with the steely freshness that characterizes the region. No oak needed - it's all about the apples and lemons.

This wine is a fine companion of poultry or pork, rich shellfish, saltwater fish, crab, and lobster, and certain cheeses, such as Comté, Beaufort, Emmental, or goats. 

Serving temperature: 10-11 °C

Grape Variety

100% Chardonnay

*Allergens: Contains sulfites

Maturation: 4 to 8 years. Age makes it a little more golden and spicy. 

Aging: the vinification is traditional: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in native flora regulated between 20 - 22 °C, 12 months aging in stainless steel vats on lees. Movements and inputs are limited to the strict minimum in order to guarantee an authentic taste of the land.
