Spaghetti No. 4

Made with Durum wheat semolina. This spaghetti pasta has an excellent cooking yield, texture, and chewability - the great "al dente" bite, dried at low temperatures with consistency ideal for everyday use. Its rough surface grasps the sauce better for a wonderful gourmet experience.

An artisanal pasta from a culinary tradition that mastered the pasta-making craft.


Bring 5 liters of water to boil.

Add 500g pasta to the boiling water.

Sprink a pinch or so of salt.

Boil uncovered and stir occasionally for 8 minutes, until al dente.

Remove from heat and drain.

Durum wheat semolina, water.
