Just in time for truffle season, here is an easy gourmet dinner with flavorful steak and the no-mistaking engulfing aroma of black truffles.
Ingredients
1 piece Cuberoll steak
15 g Black truffle (slices or shavings)
3 shallots
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 tsp thyme
1/4 pack Savory Potato Wedges, roasted
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 210°C (th. 7)
Place the steak in an ovenproof dish.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and a little water.
Mince the shallot and spread it over the meat.
Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Pull out and top with slices of black truffles.
Serve hot with a side of savory potato wedges.
