Croquetas de Jamón

Crispy, bite-size croquettes of Jamon Serrano rolled in mashed potatoes, flour, and egg, then coated with breadcrumbs. A recipe that is perfect for breakfast, a side dish, or a snack. Simply satisying as an appetizer, too!


Preheat your oil to 180°C.

Place the frozen croquetas in the hot oil.

Let cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Mashed Potato, Jamon Serrano, Flour, eggs, Breadcrumbs 

Prepared in the Philippines by a French chef.

Keep frozen at -18°C before using.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
