Yoplait Creme Fraiche
Yoplait Crème Fraiche or fresh cream, is a French dairy product that is ideal for cooking, making sauces, dressings, dips and may also be used as a finishing touch to soups and casseroles.

Crunchy Zucchinis with Cream

2 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp fresh cream
Tarragon (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Cook them in a frying pan in boiling water over low heat, until water has totally evaporated.
Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and remove the ends.
Cut into small pieces.
Add to the melting onions in the sauté pan, put on high heat while stirring.
Add the tarragon and cook for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the cream and lemon, salt and pepper,
Serve hot zucchini, topped with cream.
You can serve these zucchini with white meat or grilled fish with pasta, for summer flavors!
