Ingredients
500 g Spaghetti no. 4
2 clove Garlic
400 g Mushrooms
1 Onion
3 tbsp Echire Unsalted Butter
200 g Truffle Noire Gouda Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Spring onion
1 sprig Basil
300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
Directions
Slice garlic, mushrooms and onion, and grate the gouda cheese.
Cook spaghetti according to product page instructions.
Melt the unsalted butter on a pan and lightly fry garlic and onions for a couple of minutes.
Add the grated cheese and Emborg Cooking Cream into the pan together with onions and cook for 5 minutes.
Mix the mushrooms into the sauce together with salt and pepper.
Serve the spaghetti and sauce on a plate, top with cut green onions and basil.
