Coq au vin is a dish of chicken braised with wine, mushrooms, lardons and somtimes, with garlic, mixed typically with red Burgundy wine, or other region's local wines, such as coq au vin jaune, coq au Riesling, coq au pourpre or coq au violet, coq au Champagne.

Keep frozen at -18°C before using.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
When defrosting, leave the dish in the refrigerator overnight or leave at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
Reheat by transferring the contents into an ovenproof dish and heating either in the oven for 325°F (170°C) or use the microwave for a minute, or transfer to a pan and reheat on the stovetop until fully heated through.
