The cream is even perfect for making sauces ahead of time to re-heat withour splitting or curdling. Halal.

 Cream is high in calories and fat. It is also rich in nutrients, such as vitamin A, choline, calcium, and phosphorus. Other cream products, including light cream, whipping cream, and half-and-half, are lower in fat.

Origin: Denmark/Germany

Storage: Store cool and dry at +4 to +20ºC.

               Do not freeze. Keep refrigerated after opening at +5ºC to +8ºC

               and consume within 3 days.

Recipe Suggestion:

Pie with Salmon


  • 125 g Emborg Butter
  • 220 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g Emborg Organic Spinach 
  • 300 g salmon 
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
  • 75 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
  • Spring onions


Combine butter and flour with fingers, into butter crumbles.

Collect the dough with egg and salt.

Pres the dough in a small baking dish.

Combine defrosted spinach with egg and cream.

Place a piece of salmon in each dish, top with the spinach mix and top with shredded Mozzarella and a little spring onions.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in 30 minutes.
