How to Serve:

Pie with Salmon
- 125 g Emborg Butter
- 220 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 150 g Emborg Organic Spinach
- 300 g salmon
- 4 eggs
- 300 ml Emborg Cooking Cream
- 75 g Emborg Shredded Mozzarella
- Spring onions
Combine butter and flour with fingers, into butter crumbles.
Collect the dough with egg and salt.
Press the dough in a small baking dish.
Combine defrosted spinach with egg and cream.
Place a piece of salmon in each dish, top with the spinach mix, and top with shredded Mozzarella and little spring onions.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C in 30 minutes.
