Defrosting

Take out from freezer and remove from packaging. Put in a lightly covered container.
Leave to thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

suprisingly good!

Even if cooked already then frozen, it still does taste real good! Only without the actual hassle of cooking!

Does not give us allergies

It's convenient for us, and since we sometimes get allergic reaction when the seafood is not fresh, this one does not. It's always nice to know that if the dish needed shrimp, we always have one on hand that won't give us trouble after eating.
