Also known as the Pacific white shrimp, Whiteleg shrimp, or king prawn. This widely cultivated Vannamei white shrimp is naturally mildly sweet and fresh with firm meat.

Already cooked shrimp to make your own shrimp recipes and seafood dishes, or even shrimp desserts! No need to peel, no need to cook. It can be readily served cold in a salad, or re-heated fast to make your favorite shrimp dishes from appetizers to premium meals.

Spicy Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients

1 pack Cooked Shrimp (White Vannamei)
1 jalapeño, sliced
half of a small red onion, chopped
4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
4 tbsp orange juice
Salt

Directions

In a bowl, toss shrimp, spices and cilantro. Add in lime juice and orange juice in the mix and continue to toss.
Sprinkle with salt to season and marinate for 15 minutes.
Serve as dip or appetizer.

Does not give us allergies
It's convenient for us, and since we sometimes get allergic reaction when the seafood is not fresh, this one does not.  It's always nice to know that if the dish needed shrimp, we always have one on hand that won't give us trouble after eating.
