Crepe with Ice Cream in Raspberry Sauce
1 cup Naked Coconut Ice Cream
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp sugar
Crepe recipe here.
Raspberry sauce: cook raspberries with sugar in a small pan over medium heat until saucy consistency is achieved. Then put in blender to blend until smooth. Strain then place in a covered container to refrigerate until ready to serve.
Place crepe in a flat plate and fold in half.
Top with Naked coconut ice cream.
Drizzle with raspberry sauce.
