2 cups Lemon La Vida Loca Ice Cream
1 1/2 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
1 kiwi, peeled, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
In a bowl, beat the whipping cream and ice cream until fluffy.
In a small glass, layer the cream mixture, raspberries, blueberries and kiwis. Repeat the layers.
