Clarendelle Blanc inspired by Haut-Brion
Clarendelle blanc is inspired by the subtle and harmonious structure of white wines from Domaine Clarence Dillon of the prestigious Château Haut Brion. Clarendelle blanc is a clever blend of two traditional Bordeaux grape varieties, Sémillon and Sauvignon, with a touch of Muscadelle.
A rainy winter and spring allowed the soil to build up remarkable water reserves. This wet weather did not disturb the smooth progress of flowering. Then came summer, giving way to hot days and cool nights, allowing the earth to dry, the vines to clean up and the grapes to soak up the sun until the harvest.
AOC regulated designation of origin
With a beautiful golden yellow color with a green reflection, the wines are marked by roundness, fat and a beautiful aromatic power. We find sweet aromas with notes of apricot, white peach, but also grapefruit. The wines are of great minerality, with powerful and fresh flavors of the fruit in all its brilliance, density and structure of a great white wine.
Excellent with deli meats, fish, red and white meat, cheeses, and dishes such as seafood lasagna or salmon sandwich cream.
