A very chocolatey dessert in chocolate and ground almond pastry cream encased in shortcrust pastry, glazed with dark chocolate, sprinkled with dark chocolate little sticks.

The "Grand Arôme" (or great aroma) chocolate pie is composed of a pure butter shortbread pastry poured with a filling rich in chocolate and almond powder topped with dark chocolate of 70% cocoa and chocolate chips.

Delicately hand-crafted and decorated. Chocolate, the perfect flavour to satisfy any sweet tooth:
• 70% cacao
• All butter shortcrust pastry
• French wheat flour and sugar
• No preservatives or coloring
• Made with free-range eggs
• GMO-free

Preparation and Serving:

In the refrigerator
• Straight from the freezer, remove the transparent bag,
• Turn out the tart and place on a serving plate,
• Defrost the tart in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

At room temperature 20/25°C
• Straight from the freezer, remove the transparent bag,
• Turn out the tart and place on a serving plate,
• Defrost at room temperature for about 2 hours.

• Serve and enjoy!

Reconstituted skimmed milk; wheat flour; sugar; water; dark chocolate (cocoa mass ; sugar ; reduced fat cocoa powder ; emulsifier : sunflower lecithin and soya ; natural vanilla flavouring); concentrated butter; free-range eggs; modified potato starch; cocoa mass ; vegetable palm fat; chocolate sticks (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter; emulsifier:lecithin and soya); cocoa powder; almond powder; glucose syrup; raising agents; salt; gelling agent; concentrated lemon juice.

Storage: In the freezer at -18 °C minimum
Do not refreeze once defrosted or thawed.
