Chipolata Nuernberger Sausages

Made with pork and veal, chipolata sausages are an excellent breakfast sausage, highly seasoned with various spices, such as chives, cloves, coriander, mace, onion, thyme, and chili peppers. 

Make restaurant-quality chipolata sausages right at home and get ready to cook up a storm. Serve delicious, juicy, and flavorful gourmet dishes.


Thawing

Take the sausages out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: Cook sausages over medium heat in a hot pan with oil for 5-7 minutes, turning them every 30 seconds.

Serving

Serve them with classic sides like mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables, or pair them with a robust red wine Bordelaise. Alternatively, serve them on a skewer with tomato sauce and grilled bell peppers for a mouthwatering tapas dish!
