Ingredients
250 g ground beef
200 g canned kidney beans
400 g peeled tomatoes in juice
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
100 ml fat-free beef broth
Few drops of premium hot sauce
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp dehydrated oregano
Salt and pepper
Directions
Peel and chop onion and garlic.
Dry-fry in a non-stick pan.
Add the ground beef, cumin, oregano, and hot pepper sauce.
Sauté, stirring constantly.
Lower the heat, add the stock, diced tomatoes and their juice.
Finish with the kidney beans.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
