Defrosting / Thawing:
Remove from packaging.
Refrigerate below 38°F overnight or put under running cold water.
Packaging: Frozen, raw, vacuum packed per 1 kilogram.
12 half shell mussels
1/2 cup Isigny French butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp aromatic parsley herb
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to medium heat.
Mix butter, parsley, and butter in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the half shell mussels on a baking sheet.
Using a teaspoon, spread butter mixture on top of each mussel.
Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the mussels are cooked.
Place on a serving plate.
Garnish with parsley.
