Make sure the cordon bleus are frozen from the pack upon cooking.

Conventional Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove frozen cordon bleus from the pack and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for a minimum of 25 minutes.

Microwave

Remove frozen cordon bleus from pack and place on microwave safe plate. Heat on high for 2.5 minutes for 1 cordon and for 3.5 minutes for 2.

Recipe Suggestion:

Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients

Chicken cordon bleu
2 frozen bags of Cauliflower
6 to 10 florets of frozen Broccoli 
3/4 cup frozen or canned peas 
1 medium-sized carrot, thinly sliced
1 egg
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 bunch of spring onions, chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 to 3 tbsp soy sauce


Directions

Put frozen Cauliflower in food processor, and use pulses to slowly chop it to small rice-size pieces.
Frying the cordons in a pan for about 5 to 10 minutes on each side.
Take out from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the oil, cauliflower, and minced garlic. Sauté together for 10 to 15 minutes.
Break 1 egg into the pan, and scramble it in.
Add the spring onions, peas, carrots, and broccoli, making sure to stir frequently.
Add soy sauce and cook for about 5 more minutes or until the veggies have reached your desired crunch.
Drizzle on 1 to 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sesame oil to add flavor to your liking.
Add pepper or Sriracha if you are in the mood for a little spice.
Serve with the fried chicken cordone bleau on a plate, dig in, and enjoy!
