fantastic and healthy add-on to anything!
I started using chia seeds for health reasons. Put 'em in my yogurt the first time. There was no drastic change in taste and it's gel-like texture when it expanded makes it so much fun to play with on the palate. It helps keep feeling full, too! Then I've used for a variety of foodies like ice cream, shakes, oatmeals, even in main meals. It's fantastic!
