Hungarian Sausages with Cheese
Semi coarse smoked and cooked hungarian sausage with cheese bits. Meaty peppery, slightly cheesy and spicy.
Add a little cheesy twist to your cold cut platter or deli servings with these hungarians with cheese. They are as great to eat on their own paired with sauerkraut or just have them with bread. Have a gourmet breakfast and pair them with omelet, pancakes, or toasts. Grill and pair with a beer for a great weekend outdoors. They also make wonderful dishes when added to various recipes.

2 cheese hungarian sausages, cut into thin slices
2 tbsp milk
1 tbp olive oil
salt and pepper
In a bowl, scramble the eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat olive oil then cook the slices of cheese hungarian sausages for a minute.
Add in the scrambled egg mixture.
Stir to coat the sausages and cook for a few minutes.
