Hungarian Sausages with Cheese

5 pieces (700-750g) per pack - PHP 650 / kg

Smoky, cheesy, and a little bit peppery - enjoy these classic sausages from the Philippines. They are already cooked, so just toss them in the pan to get them warm and toasted. Serve plain, in a sandwich, or sliced on a cold cut platter.


Thawing

Take the sausages out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

Pan: Cook sausages over medium heat in a hot pan for 3-5 minutes, turning them every 30 seconds.
