55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot,
Intense bouquet, revealing a combination of ripe fruit aromas of blackcurrant and cherry and elegant notes of coffee, tobacco and cedar, typical of the fine wines of Saint-Estephe. Very full on the palate, with a silky tannic thread running through, underpinned by appealing liveliness. Long and complex finish. A Le Boscq wine of great elegance.
Pigeon à la crapaudine with foie gras and heirloom vegetables. (As quoted from a review on the winemaker website)
