Château La Gravière Blanc
A fine white wine grown in the hilly Entre-Deux-Mers (between 2 seas), excellently conducive, in an exceptional gravely and clay terroir by a family estate since 1928. Through mechanical harvest with grape sorting in the vineyard and winery, fermented in thermo regulated stainless steel vats, a medium dry white is born as your perfect table wine.

Citrusy notes with flavors of fruits such as green apples, pears, and white peach, hints of minerals and honey, light-bodied with soft and nice finish.
Best paired with pork dishes, aperitifs, a salad course, seafood platter, vegetarian meals, poultry, snacks, and lean fish.
55% Sémillon, 45% Sauvignon, 5% Muscadelle
Fermentation: 15 to 20 days in thermo regulated stainless steel vats at 18 °C
Aging: on fine lees until bottling, stirring twice a week for 2 months
Serving temperature: between 9-12 °C
