Red purple glowing ruby in color characterized ripe berries with the same aromas of set off by subtle spicy notes, it also has hints of liquorice, pepper, and truffle. Bright and fresh, rich and tasty with smoothness on the mouth, showing silky, precise tannins. The finish is long and full.
Pairs very well with aperitifs, starters, main courses or cheeses, mushrooms, gratins, ham and cold cuts, grilled and dried vegetables, red and white meats, rack of lamb, game, beef. It is a great accompaniment to a charcuterie platter.
