La Dame de Montrose is the second wine of Château Montrose. This vintage has a good dense texture with smooth tannic structure, elegant aromas of blackfruits, red cherries and wild fruits, a medium-bodied classic with a charm and smoothness that makes it pleasant to drink.
AOC (controlled designation of origin)
A tint of crimson, this wine has a fusion of spice and ripe fruit aromas on the discreet and elegant nose. The opening is fresh, elegant and silky, braced by a captivating tannic structure, a very full, well rounded and silky mid-palate, culminating into a long finish with hints of liquorice.

50% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit verdot
Aging: 18 months in 60% new French oak barrels from eight different coopers
