Feel and taste the power and concentration with its dark purple red color, violet hue and deep black center. Through precise aging the tannins were mastered, this Saint Émilion is one of the first wines in the domaine, vinified in modern winery with thermoregulated vats. Grapes were vatted for 35 days, aged in barrels majority of which are ew wood or new oak barrels with a portion of one year old ones.

It displays outstanding density as well as sweet, mineral-laced black fruits interwoven with hints of smoke and oak. Full-bodied, pure, and nicely layered with moderate tannin, and very good acidity, slight drying finish.
Great to pair with white and red meats, beef, barbecue, gratins, ham and other charcuteries, grilled or dried vegetables, green ones, soft-paste cheese, pork, and game. Pairs well with meat meals.
70% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

Aging: in barrels (70% new, 30% wine barrel and more) between 12 and 18 months
