Fieuzal Grand Cru Classé De Graves
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit-Verdot, 15% Merlot
Generous, rich wine. It is both supple and distinguised, with a perfectly precise acidity that provides a classic balance to the wine's fruit flavors. Notes on black currant, blackberry, and violet dominate the aromas, but there are also hits of tobacco and spices with a slight touch of pepper.
The red wine of Chateau de Fieuzal is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted braised and grilled dishes. Chateau de Fieuzal is a perfect match with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms and pasta as well as cheese. (thewinecellarinsider)
