The vintage demonstrates finesse and freshness with bouquets of smoke and berries, notes of coffee and cocoa, herbs and fruity hints. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and silky with fine tannins, finishing in vibrance.
Excellent to serve with beef, duck, lamb, mushrooms, game, grilled and dried vegetables, red and white meats, soft and dry cheese. It will also pair nicely with a charcuterie platter.
