Chanterelle Mushrooms

Known for their delicate, fruity aroma, meaty texture, and rich, earthy taste, chanterelle mushrooms are a cherished gourmet treat in the culinary world. From nature's bounty, these whole mushrooms were carefully selected, cleaned, and flash-frozen to preserve their natural essence so you can enjoy the convenience of having these prized mushrooms on hand year-round. Perfect for complementing red meats, shellfish, and your favorite gourmet creations.


The mushrooms should be blanched before cooking in order to avoid any bitterness: immerse the mushrooms in a saucepan of slightly salted boiling water (a pinch of salt). Cook for 30 seconds after resuming simmering. Drain. Then pour the mushrooms in a hot pan with a little butter. Cook over medium heat for 4:30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a teaspoon of garlic and a teaspoon of chopped parsley. Continue cooking for 2 minutes over medium heat.

great mushrooms
These are great mushrooms. I prefer the frozen variety because they can be easily fried from frozen and end up way tastier.

better frozen than dried
I quite like this frozen better than dried and easier than fresh. This mushroom is great with stir-fry and soups.
