Thawing

Take the steaks out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.

Cooking

truly exceptional taste
This is one of my favorite beef steaks, the taste is right on point. Just a simple salt & pepper will do and it'll be perfect as grilled. Perfect for steak lovers like moi.
