The boneless cut coming from the muscle between the ribs and the backbone of the black Angus cattle, the meat is then cut into cubes, skewer-ready cuts and classic pot roast-ready for a juicy dinner.
These cattles roam freely in wide-open spaces and graze in the fields of green green grasses in a stress-free environment, making the meat wholesome and of high quality.
The meat becomes moist and tender, flavorful, in rich beefy flavor when cooked.

As with all lean beef, these cubes are an excellent protein source of quality along with good doses of some amino acids. These building blocks will keep the strength and keep you feeling full.

This vitamin helps in improving the mood and plays a role in nerve cell function needed for DNA synthesis and red blood cell formation. Also a good source of vitamin B6 with 45% DV, great for good function of the brain.
They are abundant in the immune-boosting zinc with 49% of the daily recommended intake for the same serving. This serving also provides 65% DV of selenium with small to moderate doses of other essential minerals.

Grilled Hawaiian Beef Kabobs

2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® Top Sirloin Cubes
1 1/2 cups (12-ounce can) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup light molasses
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1-inch segment fresh ginger, peeled and minced (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
1 large red onion, cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
2 large red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/4-inch pieces
1 medium fresh pineapple, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes
8 bamboo or metal skewers
Whisk together orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, molasses, vinegar and ginger. Put beef cubes in a large zipper locking plastic bag, Cover with HALF of marinade, remove air, zip closed and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Soak skewers in water if using bamboo.
Assemble kabobs alternating beef, onion, red pepper and pineapple on skewers. Discard marinade from bag.
Preheat grill to medium high. Heat reserved marinade in a small saucepan. Grill 4 to 8 minutes for medium rare, turning frequently. Brush with warm marinade during grilling process.
