Enjoy the rich, beefy flavor of this lean, high quality Certified Angus Beef® steak. Cut from the shoulder of the cattle, the bistro filet, also known as the bistro tender, shouder tender, or teres major filet is similar to the tenderloin, but smaller and more affordable. 


Take the steaks out of the bag, place them in a dish covered with cling film and let thaw for 6 hours.


Pan: For rare, place the meat in a hot pan with a little oil or on the grill and cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook over high heat for 1 minute on each side then cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Nicely vacuum sealed and its good quality remained
It's nicely packed so the quality is retained. It makes tender, juicy and succulent meat for cooking.
