Product FAQs

What makes Certified Angus Beef® (CAB) different from regular Angus beef?

Certified Angus Beef® must meet 10 strict quality specifications beyond simply being Angus beef. These include standards for marbling, maturity, muscling, and other carcass characteristics that help promote consistent eating quality.

Should I cook the burger patties from frozen or thawed?

Both methods can be used. Thawed patties generally cook more quickly and evenly, while frozen patties offer additional convenience. Always cook to a safe internal temperature of 71°C (160°F).

How does freezing help maintain quality?

Freezing and vacuum packaging help preserve product quality during storage by reducing moisture loss and limiting exposure to air.

exceptional
what's so good about this brand is that it has a distinct quality taste. It might be a bit pricey than the others but it's totally worth it. Once you taste it you can never go back, cannot settle for less.
