How to Cook Angus Beef Burgers

From Frozen (Convenient):

  1. Preheat:Pan or grill to medium-high. Lightly oil surface.
  2. Sear: Place frozen patties; 2 minutes per side on high heat to develop crust.
  3. Cook Through: Reduce to medium, continue 5–8 minutes total, flipping halfway.
  4. Target Temp: Ground beef should reach 160°F (71°C) for safety.
  5. Rest: 2–3 minutes. Build your burger.

From Thawed (Faster):

  • Sear on medium-high 1–2 minutes per side, then cook to 160°F (71°C). Total time ~6–8 minutes, depending on thickness.

Baking Option:

  • Bake at 200°C on a lined tray for 12–18 minutes, turning once; finish under broiler for 1–2 minutes for extra browning. Ensure 160°F (71°C)internal temp.

exceptional
what's so good about this brand is that it has a distinct quality taste. It might be a bit pricey than the others but it's totally worth it. Once you taste it you can never go back, cannot settle for less.

1st class burger!
Excellent flavour balance, topped it with slightly melted Stilton cheese after cooking, some crispy bacon... perfect!
