Carmencita Mixed Peppercorns in a Grinder

A pepper-potpourri of ripe and immature peppercorns, dried in the sun to conserve their natural qualities. Freshly ground flavors. Grind fresh the peppercorn mix to add fragrance and special exotique taste to steaks, salads, fish, meats, any cooked food.

Fragrant with gentle yet pungent effect, perfect to season, fine tuning of the taste and even decorating.


How to use:

Adjust cap to the type of grinding, rotate and season onto the food, grind until you have the required amount.

Prime Rib Garlic & Herbs Steak

Ingredients

1 pack USDA Choice Beef Prime Rib
Boursin (Garlic & Herbs)
Mixed peppercorns
Salt with herbs

Directions

Make sure the meat is thawed and at room temperature.
Rub with Boursin garlic and herb butter into the meat and coat well.
Crush the mixed peppercorns and sprinkle them into the meat.
Season with salt.
On a cast-iron pan, cook the steak 2 to 3 minutes on each side, for rare, 4 minutes for each side for medium, and 4-6 minutes per side for well done.
Let rest for a few minutes so that meat can relax and juice can spread back to the entire meat.
Serve and enjoy!
