How to use:
Adjust cap to the type of grinding, rotate and season onto the food, grind until you have the required amount.
Prime Rib Garlic & Herbs Steak
1 pack USDA Choice Beef Prime Rib
1 Boursin (Garlic & Herbs)
Salt with herbs
Make sure the meat is thawed and at room temperature.
Rub with Boursin garlic and herb butter into the meat and coat well.
Crush the mixed peppercorns and sprinkle them into the meat.
Season with salt.
On a cast-iron pan, cook the steak 2 to 3 minutes on each side, for rare, 4 minutes for each side for medium, and 4-6 minutes per side for well done.
Let rest for a few minutes so that meat can relax and juice can spread back to the entire meat.
Serve and enjoy!
