Paellero Paella Seasoning With Saffron

A traditional blend of spices with real saffron to ensure success in all your paellas. This is your easy way to make a great paella. Each pack contains 5 sachets of ready-to-use all-natural spice paella mix.

This versatile and popular mix for paella has been groomed for more than 25 years. It is a classic mix made by the experts. It will not let you down.

Storage and Instructions:

Keep in a cool and dry place.
Weight: 5 Individual Sachets (4g per sachet).
Each packet serves 6 persons.
Add to boiling water, stir to dissolve before adding the rice.
Do not add other spices except salt, when necessary.


Garlic, salt (25%), paprika, corn flour, colour (E-102*), pepper, clove and saffron (2,5%).
*E-102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recipe Suggestion:

Simply Paella
*recipe adapted from Carmencita


2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1.5 cups chicken strips
1 3/4 cups paella rice
1 packet Paellero Carmencita
5 1/2 cups of water
1 head of garlic, unpeeled (optional)


Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic (if preferred).
Add the red pepper strips then set aside.
Pan-fry the chicken pieces until browned.
Add water and the Carmencita Paellero.
When boiling, add salt to taste when necessary then add the rice.
Decorate the paella with the red pepper strips.
Cook on high heat until the rice has absorbed the stock.
Remove from heat and let sit before serving.
Serve and enjoy!

I keep ordering this in bulk and sometimes it runs out but it's a good thing that it gets restocked in no time. The taste is just like when you make paella from scratch, so why bother when this is easier.
