Each packet serves 6 persons.
Add to boiling water, stir to dissolve before adding the rice.
Do not add other spices except salt, when necessary.

2 tbsp olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1.5 cups chicken strips
1 3/4 cups paella rice
1 packet Paellero Carmencita
5 1/2 cups of water
1 head of garlic, unpeeled (optional)
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic (if preferred).
Add the red pepper strips then set aside.
Pan-fry the chicken pieces until browned.
Add water and the Carmencita Paellero.
When boiling, add salt to taste when necessary then add the rice.
Decorate the paella with the red pepper strips.
Cook on high heat until the rice has absorbed the stock.
Remove from heat and let sit before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
