Turn the grind to adjust fineness and season onto the food, grind until you have the required amount.
Goat Cheese Dip
40 g fresh goat cheese
1 tbsp of fresh tomato sauce
1 tsp Herbes de Provence
8 g honey roasted almond nuts
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 garlic clove
Black pepper in a grinder
Sauté crushed garlic in a nonstick pan.
Crush the almond nuts with mortar and pestle.
Blend with goat cheese, olive oil, tomato coulis, and garlic.
Sprinkle with herbes de Provence and black pepper.
Refrigerate. Use as a dip for bread.
Serve and enjoy!
