Caramel & Toasted Coconut Chocolate Mini Muffins
1 pint Caramel & Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
1/2 pack gluten free Chocolate Mini Muffins
Place muffins on a flat plate.
Cut a little hole at the center of each muffin.
Fill the hole with caramel and toasted coconut ice cream.
Transfer the rest of the ice cream in a pastry bag fitted with a tip.
On each muffin, pipe frosting into a swirl.
Serve and enjoy!
