Ingredients
2 eggs
3 potatoes
8 cherry tomatoes
4 slices of Salami di Milano
whole wheat bread
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven.
Cut slices of bread into triangles then toast.
Arrange the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Heat a frying nonstick pan without fat.
Brown the salami slices until crispy.
Reserve in the oven with the tomatoes.
Wash the potatoes and brush lightly then wipe and cut into cubes.
Brown them in the pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper then set aside.
In the same hot pan, poach the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange in two plates the potato cubes, fried eggs, tomatoes, salami, and one or two slices of Caprice des Dieux.
Serve with the toasted bread and enjoy!
